Welcome to IP Online. The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission provides this site to you subject to the following conditions. By visiting this site, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

These "Conditions of Use" constitute an electronic record within the meaning of applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system, and it does not require any physical or digital signatures except digital certificates. Mere registration by the user does not imply the right to access paid content on IP Online. However, every user can visit the website, purchase IPRS/Impurities, and access available free content. IPC reserves the right to block, deactivate, de- register any customer identified with suitable evidence as the source of counterfeit copies of the Indian Pharmacopoeia, whether in physical copy, audio, visual, un-authorized online circulation, or soft copy. Accounts associated with such users will not be permitted to access IP Online further, despite having purchased a subscription. The subscription of such users will be cancelled, and any payments made will be forfeited.

Electronic Communications

You must not use the site for any fraudulent purposes, in connection with criminal offences, or other unlawful activities. You must not send, use, or reuse any material that is illegal or violates copyright, trademark, confidentiality, privacy, or any other proprietary information or rights, or is objectionable or otherwise unlawful. Additionally, you must not transmit software viruses engage in mass mailings, or create "spam" that causes annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety.

IPC grants you a limited access to paid content and unlimited access to free content for personal use of this site. You may not download (other than page caching) or modify any portion of the site. This license does not include resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; it also does not permit the use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

IPC strives to provide accurate information. Your access to the site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new features, without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

IPC provides links to other sites over which IPC has no control. Unauthorized Use and Display of IP Online Content

The only official version of IP Online can be found at www[dot]iponline[dot]ipc[dot]gov[dot]in, and the only official version of IPRS/Impurities is available at www[dot]onlinestores[dot]ipc[dot]gov[dot]in. Websites other than these official sites that claim to offer IP content to viewers are committing copyright violations and are not authorized by IPC. The content on these unauthorized websites is not validated, supported, or endorsed by IPC, and such websites may contain incorrect or outdated information. Users should not use or rely on an unauthorized website for reference to the Indian Pharmacopoeia. All material published in IP Online is fully copyrighted by IPC. Sharing or displaying IP Online content without IPC’s consent may result in the termination of your license to use such content, and IPC may pursue additional legal action against you. IPC reserves the right to take legal and administrative action, including recovering compensation for financial damages against anyone found engaged in unauthorized circulation of the Indian Pharmacopoeia in online or printed copies.
